Financial Advisor CFP

Financial Advisor with CFP needed for full-time position offering 100% employer paid and generous benefits package, competitive compensation, and an existing book of business! This is an excellent opportunity for those with 5+yrs of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Investments or similar industry seeking an Account Management and Client Retention focused role vs Sales. Exciting time to join a growing firm and tenured team of professionals that have an excellent reputation. This role is offering remote flexibility, however; it is NOT FULLY remote. Training will be done on-site and Advisors are expected to be in-office as needed to best serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and their family to develop and implement appropriate investment and financial planning goals and objectives
• Monitor client accounts, and investment performance versus benchmarks, and develops insights for clients regarding key contributors and detractors
• Reviews portfolio issues (i.e., taxes, liquidity events, etc.) quarterly
• Manage investment transition for new clients
• Communicate and collaborates with the Investment Team regarding investment strategy and client portfolio structure
• Provide recommendations to individuals and family enabling them to fulfill their financial goals
• Identify insurance needs for clients and assess proper solutions
• Discuss estate planning and work with internal and external resources to meet estate planning goals of the client.
• Consultation with attorneys and accountants on financial, tax, and estate planning
• Client meeting planning, facilitation, and presentation
• Compliance with all industry rules and regulations and firm policies

Compensation : $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

2013

Sara opens the Administrative practice in Bedford and makes an immediate impact in the scope and depth of the recruiting and placement in the office.

2015

The Bedford office grows and Tony makes plans to transition toward retirement. Raven Ridge is founded and acquires the Bedford location. The office expands and moves to a larger space in Bedford, NH. Payroll and billing operations move to the Bedford office. Growth and change create new business partners and new relationships; both internal and external.

2016

A banner year for finding great team members! Dennis joins the Technical / Engineering group, assisting in the growth of the business. Kassey joins the Administrative team offering expertise in the Administrative and Human Resources job market.

2020

Ashlee joins the organization to head up administrative operations in charge of payroll and billing.
