Position

Spreetail / BBE is seeking a Head of Growth & Operations at Buy Box Experts to own revenue growth and operational excellence in a competitive marketplace. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll drive sales strategy, refine processes, and lead a high-performing team to deliver transformative client results. This role is for a builder—someone who spots opportunities, moves fast, and turns vision into reality. Your work won’t just fuel growth; it will shape how we win.

How you will achieve success

• Own and execute growth strategies to expand the client base and revenue, identifying high-potential verticals, partnerships, and services while managing the BD pipeline with a performance-driven culture.
• Partner with SDR and Marketing to maintain a consistent flow of high-quality leads and convert them into long-term client relationships.
• Assess, refine, and scale operational workflows to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment between sales promises and execution.
• Implement data-driven reporting, KPIs, and streamlined processes to track performance, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement across teams.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while serving as the connective link between sales, operations, and leadership to align priorities and deliver results.

Compensation

From $125,000 to $175,000 per year. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,000 / year to $175,000 / year. Pay is based on location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Depending on the role, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be included, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
