General Manager – High-End Gelato Shop

We are opening a new Bacio di Latte location in San Jose, Santana Row and seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead operations.

Base Pay and Benefits

Base salary : $75,000–$85,000 per year. Additional compensation : Annual bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

Execute daily gelato quality standards and maintain kitchen operations.

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Uphold California food‑safety standards and manage inventory.

Achieve monthly KPIs, drive sales, and manage P&L.

Lead, train and develop the team; foster a positive culture.

Handle financial and administrative tasks : budget, invoices, payroll, vendor relations.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years General Manager experience in QSR or café‑style environment (e.g., Blue Bottle, Sweetgreen, Starbucks).

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.

Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Excellent customer‑service orientation.

Positive, upbeat energy that thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for gelato is a plus.
