What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect and input data accurately with easy-to-use digital tools
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and the clinical team
  • Create an engaging, supportive environment that promotes growth and learning
  • What You’ll Need

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • 1+ year of ABA experience (preferred, not required)
  • Passion for helping children reach meaningful milestones
  • Dependable, compassionate, and motivated to grow in the ABA field

    Requirements

    Active RBT certification (required) 1+ year of ABA therapy experience (preferred) Genuine passion for helping children with autism grow and succeed Dependable, driven, and committed to continuous learning
