What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autismImplement individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by a BCBACollect and input data accurately with easy-to-use digital toolsCollaborate with BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and the clinical teamCreate an engaging, supportive environment that promotes growth and learningWhat You’ll Need
Active RBT certification (required)1+ year of ABA experience (preferred, not required)Passion for helping children reach meaningful milestonesDependable, compassionate, and motivated to grow in the ABA fieldPerks & Benefits

Requirements
