Intl- Automation Test Engineer (Aliso Viejo)

A large software company is seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join a team of 12+ members (Nearshore / Offshore). Below are the day-to-day responsibilities for this position :

Automation Script Development : Create and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality and performance.

Requirement Analysis : Understand and analyze requirements to identify test cases and potential defects.

Automation Coding : Write clean, scalable, and efficient automation code using Python or Java.

Framework Management : Implement and manage web automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, or Robot Framework.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Role is 100% REMOTE but must work in EST Zone.
• The employment would be for a 6-month contract, with possibility to be extended based on performance.

Certifications (Specifically with Python)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from an accredited college

5+ Years of Experience in Development - Specifically Web Development

Hands-on experience with Web Automation Frameworks (Cucumber, Selenium, or Robot Framework).

Advanced coding skills with Python or Java

Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ITSM ServiceNow, or similar tools

Agile / Scrum Experience

Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication
