Overview
Montech Inc. is seeking a qualified IT Specialist to provide on-site Information Technology (IT) services in support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
Essential functions to include responsibility for effective installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure; ensuring system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, administrators, and medical staff to effectively provide healthcare services. Accountable for the following systems : Windows systems; Windows and Applications that are supported for use with and include the RPMS and EHR Systems; responsibilities on these systems include support and maintenance to ensure continual operations. Additionally, will have full administrative rights to all server systems, network resources, and data management / backup solutions.
Place of Performance / Hours of Operation
The IT Specialist will perform all services during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. This is an on-site role in Mescalero, New Mexico.

Security
Employment is contingent upon the ability to pass the pre-employment drug test and a federal security investigation (background check) in order to obtain the required U.S. Department of Health and Human Services clearance prior to start date. The background investigation reviews employment, criminal, financial, and personal history to ensure there are no outstanding violations. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen to work in support of a federal agency.

The IT Specialist must present a professional demeanor at all times while on site and shall treat all persons with courtesy and respect, striving to earn positive feedback of customers. Any notification from Government to Montech notifying that the employee has compromised the security requirements will warrant immediate termination from employment on the contract.
