Complete the tasks needed to maintain the buildings and grounds in a state of good repair, cleanliness and attractive appearance.

Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash from common area receptacles.  Maintain neat, clean interiors and exteriors of the buildings.  Ensure safe and proper storage of cleaning supplies, chemicals,tools and equipment. Participate in tasks needed to maintain buildings and grounds.  Check daily for work requests of staff and residents.  Assist with room setup and cleanup for special events. Inspect buildings and grounds weekly and repair items

identified as needing repair; replace light bulbs.  Assist with new resident move ins and discharges. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
