Billing Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Generate and edit client pre-bills with accuracy.
• Ensure timely distribution of final bills.
• Process write-offs and write-downs, securing necessary approvals.
• Maintain the integrity of our billing system information.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from attorneys regarding bills and billing processes.
• Adhere strictly to our established billing cycle and cut-off dates.
• Ensure compliance with Taft's billing policies and procedures.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Conduct basic financial analysis, including reviews of client billing histories.

Requirements :

The salary range for this position is $32.97 / hr. to $41.21 / hr., and pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and relevant education.
