Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing facility layouts using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
• Overseeing and improving tooling processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of production systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Driving quality improvements through rigorous quality control and continuous process enhancement.
• Collaborating with operations teams to optimize production processes and workflows.
• Developing and maintaining cost-effective strategies for material procurement and utilization.
• Applying expertise in costing to ensure the financial viability of production processes.
• Formulating and implementing strategies to enhance the safety and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and devise innovative solutions.
