Position Overview :

The OQC Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that the final solar panels meet the company's high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of quality control procedures, and effective collaboration with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Quality Inspections : Perform comprehensive final inspections of completed solar panels to verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Testing Procedures : Conduct electrical and mechanical testing on finished products, utilizing specialized equipment and adhering to established protocols.
• Documentation : Accurately document test results, inspection findings, and any non-conformities, ensuring records are thorough and up-to-date.
• Defect Management : Identify defects, analyze their root causes, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Compliance Assurance : Ensure products meet applicable safety and quality standards, including industry regulations and company quality guidelines.
• Process Improvement : Assist in continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggesting process changes that enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Equipment Maintenance : Maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment as needed to ensure accurate measurements.
• Communication : Work closely with other quality control team members, production supervisors, and engineers to address quality issues and implement solutions.
