Title : Production Group Leader

Duration : 12 month contract to hire

Job Description :

Insight Global is looking for a production group leader for a large Automotive OEM in Wentzville, MO. You will be responsible for supervising the production line in General Assembly of the manufacturing plant. You will be supervising anywhere from 20-25 UAW employees. Working closely with the maintenance team and making sure production schedules are met. You will be responsible for keeping timesheets for employees as well as implementing any process improvements as well as Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.

Must haves :

• Experience overseeing multiple production lines
• Manufacturing background
• Can explain process improvements they have implemented on a production line
• 1 year of lead or supervisor experience
• Highschool Diploma
