Construction Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to serve as the central link between project stakeholders and ensure smooth, efficient project delivery. This permanent position offers stability, growth, and the chance to work with a highly respected team on exciting projects. As a Construction Administrator, you will manage all administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is accurate. You'll play a critical role in supporting project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all administrative aspects of construction projects. Act as the primary point of communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Maintain project timelines and ensure compliance with deadlines. Coordinate and manage project documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Utilize construction management software and tools to maintain accurate records and data entry.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and construction management software (e.g., Foundation Software). Strong independent judgment and initiative. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with construction documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. Experience in administrative support, construction administration, or project administration.
Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of Saratoga Springs, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
