Licensed Women's Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Women's Behavioral Health Care Manager (CoCM) - MSW or RN.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary behavioral health contact for patients referred through OB-GYN or women's health settings

Conduct initial behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team

Provide behavioral health education and support to patients and families, and participate in case reviews and training sessions

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Registered Nurse (RN) with women's behavioral health knowledge or experience

Active state licensure (LCSW, LMSW / LSW, or RN) or ability to obtain within 180 days

2+ years of experience in women's health, behavioral health, care management, or integrated primary care

Demonstrated skill in patient engagement, care coordination, and use of measurement tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7)

Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to manage a caseload with multiple priorities
