Morlen Health is seeking an Optometrist to join the Medical Group

Required Qualifications / Position Description :

As an Optometric Physician you will join our highly collaborative team. You will be practicing as a floating Physician servicing several clinics here in Portland, Oregon, Southwest Washington, and the surrounding area, with a primary home base.

This position is ideally suited for an Optometrist with a completed Residency, or a minimum of three years experience.

This is a permanent position

Position Description :

• You must have a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.
• One-year OD Residency preferred, or a minimum three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management.
• You must have an unrestricted Oregon and Washington State Medical license and unrestricted federal-issued DEA

Salary range : $130,900- $159,600

Plus additional Lifestyle $10,700 annual bonus
