Clinic / Practice Assistant Float, Multispecialty

We are seeking a Clinic / Practice Assistant to provide coverage across five of our specialty practices. These include :

• Endocrinology
• Pulmonary
• Thoracic Surgery
• Plastic Surgery
• Infectious Disease

All of our practices are located within a 10-minute drive of each other. Minimal travel between practices will be required based on coverage needs.

Locations :

Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under close to general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department.
