The Superintendent - MEP is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The Superintendent - MEP directly supervises field labor force, including laborers / craft workers. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience
• 7+ years of being a safety and QAQC cultural knowledge
• 7+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge
• 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
• 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits
• 5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs
