Job descriptionInteracting with customers during transactions. Completing assigned cleaning duties throughout the shift. Balancing tills (cash) at end of each shift. Working with a "sense of urgency" to complete customer orders in a timely fashion. Interact with guest in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Handle guest complaints and find a resolution. Roller blading / roller skating is encouraged but not required Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Front of House Team Member (Carhop)
