A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Team Lead to manage and enhance its onboarding programs for new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Rapid Rollout and Rapid Refresh programs to ensure a premium onboarding experience
Coach and develop a team of onboarding specialists for high-quality session delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Mid-Market and Enterprise implementations
Required Qualifications
4+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation, preferably in SaaS
At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer implementations
Strong passion for hospitality and technology
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive scalable solutions
