Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments and educate clients about services and benefits via phone and chat
Prioritize client safety and escalate concerns as necessary
Support HR Managers and Customer Representatives in coordinating major events and team support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience in mental health system navigation or relevant healthcare experience
Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce, or ability to quickly learn new systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to discuss sensitive topics with clients
Experience in a structured team environment
