Vassar Brothers Medical Center, located in the picturesque Hudson Valley just 75 minutes north of New York City, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Medical Oncology team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to provide advanced nursing care in an outpatient setting, with a generous sign-on bonus and retention package of up to $30,000 for eligible candidates!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will :

  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver comprehensive care to medical oncology patients.
  • Oversee treatment infusions and address supportive care needs.
  • Participate in clinical quality initiatives and research activities.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and care options.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess :

  • A valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Experience in oncology or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for providing high-quality patient care.
