The Marketing & Networking Specialist will represent Elevate Workforce throughout the Mobile and Gulf Coast areaengaging with local businesses, attending industry events, and creating marketing strategies that strengthen our presence in the staffing and workforce market.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and driving growth through strategic networking and creative marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, industry leaders, and community organizationsAttend networking events, job fairs, chamber meetings, and community gatherings on behalf of Elevate WorkforceDevelop and execute marketing strategies that promote our services and brand across the regionCollaborate with internal teams to create social media content, campaigns, and promotional materialsTrack outreach efforts, marketing performance, and community engagement activitiesSupport recruiting and sales teams with lead generation and local partnershipsRepresent Elevate Workforce professionally and consistently in all community interactionsQualificationsExperience in marketing, community outreach, networking, or sales (staffing experience a plus)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsConfident, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with peopleAbility to represent the company at events, sometimes outside standard business hoursSolid understanding of social media and basic marketing principlesReliable transportation and willingness to travel locallyWhat We OfferCompetitive paySupportive team environmentThe ability to make a real impact in our community and on local workforce development $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly
