Job Title : Quality Inspector

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products and components for visual defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications before release or shipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products, components, and materials using established criteria.
• Identify and document defects such as scratches, dents, discoloration, misalignments, and other non-conformities.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Communicate findings to production and quality teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Follow safety and quality protocols at all times.
• Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Work Environment

1st Shift from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, five days a week, with optional Saturdays from 6 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00 / hr.
