• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 : 30 pm or 8 : 30 am - 5 pm
• 16 patient visits expected per day
• Rural agricultural community including Amish population
• Telehealth services available
• Hospital privileges required
• Minimum 2 years NP / PA experience required
• BLS and Infection Prevention certification required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
