CRES, a division of Gallagher Affinity Insurance Services, specializes in providing tailored insurance solutions for real estate professionals, with a focus on Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage. Our mission is to deliver innovative risk management strategies and straightforward, comprehensive insurance solutions to independent real estate brokers and agents. With a commitment to excellence, we aim to protect our clients while fostering growth and success in the real estate industry. We are seeking a dynamic VP of Sales and Marketing to lead and develop our sales team within the CRES division. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, professional liability insurance experience, and a passion for mentoring and motivating teams.
How You'll Make An Impact
Lead and Develop Teams : Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Create a positive work environment and foster career growth. Develop succession plans and provide ongoing training.
Sales Strategy : Establish and execute annual sales plans with clear growth goals. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Marketing Collaboration : Partner with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns. Represent CRES at networking events and industry engagements.
Risk Management & Compliance : Support risk management strategies and align with underwriting goals. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and ethical practices.
About You
Required : Bachelor's degree + 7 years related experience including proven track record in business sales or related marketing. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical / market analysis, and CRM tools. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred : Master's degree desirable. Proven track record managing a team of inside sales professionals within B2B sales. Strong prospecting and client development skills among executives of enterprise-led organizations.
Behaviors : Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting. Have strong adaptive communication skills inclusive of the highest level of professionalism in all interactions. Understand and educate others on the Client Service Cycle, processes, tools, resources, and systems. Foster mutual accountability within the service team to achieve goals.
