Position Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate has a deep background in modern software development and a passion for guiding organizations through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and methodologies.
• Refactor monolithic applications into modular, microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement modern frameworks and development practices.
• Design and guide cloud migration efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct strategic roadmapping and discovery sessions with clients.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee delivery milestones and quality assurance processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural vulnerabilities.
• Participate in presales activities, including discovery calls and SOW creation.
• Allocate and manage team resources effectively.
