A company is looking for an Insurance Service Agent in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding billing, policy changes, and cancellations

Review policy coverages and issue necessary documentation while retaining customers and upselling products

Identify cross-sell opportunities and transfer leads to the sales team

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance is preferred

A Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required

Strong commitment to customer service with a detail-oriented approach

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
