Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Revenue Analyst to conduct comprehensive quantitative and financial analyses to identify improvement opportunities across the entire Revenue Cycle. The role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations and third-party payor requirements, maintaining accurate billing systems, and optimizing reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and financial analyses, as well as audits, to identify improvement opportunities throughout the Revenue Cycle.
- Ensure compliance of charge master and fee schedules with government regulations and third-party payor requirements.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating departments to maintain consistent charge master and fee schedules.
- Monitor and review revenue cycle workqueues in Epic, identifying issues, trends, and root causes.
- Assist in strategic pricing to optimize reimbursement within budget guidelines.
- Provide guidance and collaborate with teams to update workqueue rules based on coding changes.
- Assist with Epic performance reporting, covering areas from Hospital, Physician, and Home Health.
- Serve as a resource for reporting problems and denials on individual claims.
- Analyze billing errors and denial data to implement corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in projects related to Revenue Cycle initiatives.
