Reporting to Risk Management Manager, this position manages the claim process for employees Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Claims. This position requires the application of working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law, administrative rules, medical and legal terminology, general human resources knowledge and Company essential job functions. Must enjoy working with people, be detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Data entry of all new ClaimsTrack multiple claims simultaneously with accuracyComplete wage statements, and wage statement calculationsInput lettersMaintenance and current on diariesFiling and serving appropriate documentsCompletion of investigation and copy service request formsInput initial basic notes relating to the claimCommunication to the injured employeesCommunication to Defense Counsel, Adjusters, and Nurse Case ManagersWorkDay change work status from active to WC Leave / FLMA, and return back to active statusCommunicate with injured employees that their projected endedEnter in Sick / Vacation time per request while on WC LeaveGeneral Liability, Auto, Workers Compensation, and Property ClaimsReturn to Work programOther duties as assignRequired Skills / Abilities
