CPA Director of Accounting

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the accounting team, managing performance and professional development

Oversee month-end and quarter-end accounting close processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP

Design and implement internal controls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with business objectives

Required Qualifications

CPA certification required; Big 4 public accounting experience preferred

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership role

Expertise in US GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)

Experience working in a SaaS environment

Strong leadership skills with a history of building high-performance teams
