Responsibilities

• Ensure the machining lines operate efficiently and continuously.
• Conduct continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and modify CNC machines and PLCs.
• Perform time studies, labor studies, and defect reduction studies.
• Implement process control changes and cost-saving projects.
• Optimize machining processes and CNC programming.
• Support the axel line as part of the drivetrain implementation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
