Bilingual Production Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and career-focused Bilingual Production Manager to oversee our Assembly and Dispatch Area, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage teams effectively and prioritize both team and personal career goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure year-round coverage of all positions in the Assembly and Dispatch Area during employee leave.
  • Deploy the management team to provide up-to-date training for all Assembly and Dispatch Team members.
  • Complete and submit all necessary reports required by management, including Daily PI totals, Shortage Reports, Rejects / Scrap Reports, Supervisor and Manager Check Sheets, and Daily Supervisor and Team Leader Reports.
  • Provide a Weekly Update as the Teams Direct Manager.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in production supervision and management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish proficiency as a significant advantage.
  • Ability to communicate, coach, develop, and motivate team members.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA Health & Safety regulations.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing operations and processes.
  • Ability to oversee operations to completion, including necessary overtime (approximately 10-16 hours per week).

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Permanent position based out of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 / yr. A full-time position, with amazing earning potential with health, dental, and vision, 10 days PTO, paid sick days, plus 6 federal holidays, 2 full paid weeks off during Christmas season and fully paid training.

    Workplace Type

    This is a fully onsite position in Wilkes Barre, PA.
