Job description

An ENT / Otolaryngology practice that has served the Knoxville area for 50 years is in search of an Otolaryngologist / partner. This position offers t remendous earning potential & the ability to earn partnership within the first 12 months!

About This Opportunity :

  • Join four full-time, board-certified general otolaryngologists, 1 NP, and five audiologists
  • Thriving practice with an established referral pattern means an immediate productive schedule
  • Interest and experience in otology, facial plastics, or sleep medicine is a plus
  • Anticipated ER Call Coverage 1 : 4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma
  • Ancillary services include : in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center, and hearing aids
  • A thriving in-house allergy department offers SCIT and SLIT

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary guarantee for the first year with productivity bonus
  • Sign-on and relocation bonus
  • Ability to earn partnership within first 12 months
  • Opportunity for surgery center buy-in ( No buy-in for ancillary services)
