Summary

The Maintenance Spare Parts Specialist is responsible for the effective planning, procurement, inventory control, and usage tracking of spare parts used in production and facility equipment maintenance. The role supports continuous production by ensuring critical parts are available when needed, while optimizing inventory levels and costs.

Responsibilities :

Spare Parts Management

• Identify, catalog, and maintain records of all critical and non-critical spare parts.
• Monitor inventory levels and usage trends to ensure timely reordering and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and labeling of all parts.

Procurement and Coordination

CMMS / ERP System Usage
