We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) with less than <12 months of experience, to join our healthcare team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to embark on a rewarding nursing career.\n\nResponsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of subordinate personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing, always working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse\n\nResponsibilities\n
  • Provide compassionate and competent direct patient care under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.\n
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient responses.\n
  • Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.\n
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their holistic needs are met.\n
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.\n
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.\n
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment.\n
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address emergent situations and provide timely interventions.\n
  • Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills, staying current with evidence-based practices and healthcare trends.\n
  • Uphold professional standards, ethical principles, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.\n
  • Foster a positive and empathetic atmosphere for patients, supporting them through their healthcare journey.\n

  • Valid / Active Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date)\n
  • Successful completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma Nursing Program\n
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association is required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are beneficial.\n
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (unit dependent)\n\nEducation\n
  • RN Diploma / RN Graduate Program\n\nOther Information\n\nThis position is for the Graduate Nurse Residency Program position starting November / December 2025.\n\nPrior to Hire you will need to submit the following documentation : \n
