Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a full-time Business Operations Intern for the summer of 2026 in either our Shoemakersville, PA, Mount Joy, PA, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Westminster, MD branch location. To view locations, visit Locations | Horizon Farm Credit (horizonfc.com).

The selected candidate will participate in a paid 10-12 week internship. Summer Intern hours are typically from Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. The internship program is scheduled to run from mid May through early August 2026. Position Overview : This internship position at Horizon Farm Credit (HFC) will offer hands-on experience in reporting, data analysis, and operational support. The ideal candidate will assist in reviewing business data, identifying trends and blind spots, and providing actionable insights to sales leadership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Areas of responsibility include :

• Assist in generating and analyzing reports to support sales leadership decision-making.
• Review market data to identify trends, blind spots, and opportunities for growth.
• Support Business Operations teams with ad hoc tasks, including data review and cleanup.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Gain hands-on experience with business analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Network with teammates, industry partners, and fellow interns throughout the internship.
• Gain exposure to a variety of organization career roles and responsibilities, providing a holistic view of how Farm Credit supports its customers and community members.
