Position Overview

The Financial Coach role is an entry-level gateway into a rewarding career as a Financial Advisor. Youll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, guiding them through our Simple rebel service tier and helping them progress to more advanced levels like eRebel, Silver, and Gold.

In this position, youll support the advisory team by preparing client materials, conducting research, leading introductory meetings, and ensuring clients stay on track with their financial goals. This role blends technical financial training with relationship-buildinggiving you the foundation to grow into a full-fledged Financial Advisor.

What Were Looking For

• Education : Bachelors degree required; focus in Financial Planning or Business preferred.
• Certifications : Series 65 required

CFP designation preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Note : This role requires both technical financial knowledge and a willingness to grow your interpersonal and sales capabilities.

Compensation Overview

This position offers a starting base compensation range of approximately $37,500 $55,000, depending on experience, licensing, and readiness to engage in client development.

Additional compensation growth is available as you progress within the firm and advance intoSupport Advisor and Financial Advisor roles.
