• Cases include : General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Trauma (level 3 hospital), Healthy Peds and Lots of Regional
• 5 OR, 1 ASC (same parking lot)
• Collaborative and Independent Model with 6 CRNA s and 4 MD s once fully staffed as this is a contract takeover and we are re staffing it from an all MD model. ZERO SUPERVISION from MDA, everyone in their own rooms. Practice at full scope
• Call 1 : 6 (CRNA first call, MD back up call)
• 9 weeks PTO
• $360K all-inclusive package (salary is $300K on W2 with full benefits or $360K on 1099 with no benefits)
