Create Wellness, Inc. is hiring : Graphic Designer in New York

We’re a fast-growing supplements brand in the health & wellness space, creating products that help people feel and perform their best. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can blend creativity, strategy, and execution across a wide range of channels—from ads and organic social to retail displays and web design.

You should be comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple projects at once, and collaborating asynchronously with a remote team.

Please ensure that your portfolio contains samples across web, organic social, paid social, and retail collateral.

What You’ll Do

• Advertising & Organic Social : Design high-converting creative for paid ads and engaging assets for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Web Design : Create graphics for product detail pages (PDPs), homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Email : Develop eye-catching layouts for email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement.
• Retail : Support design of packaging elements, in-store displays, and other retail marketing collateral.
• Create in-person collateral for sampling events as needed.
• Source, organize, and manage relevant assets within Air. Be comfortable locating relevant assets for yourself within Air as needed.
• Deliver reusable design templates and systems in Figma for the marketing and creative teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams through ClickUp to execute projects from concept to launch.
