Senior Specialist, Proposal Operations

This position is focused on managing and supporting proposal teams in responding to request for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), broad area announcements (BAAs), and requests for white papers. The individual will manage documents to ensure submitted proposals are professionally formatted and follow directions set forth in government-furnished documents. The candidate will work closely with content authors and the proposal manager.

Essential Functions :

• Lead production of proposal documents, using company templates, that include text, graphics, and forms (each proposal may include multiple volumes) and work closely with the Graphics team in the Proposal Center on the inclusion of artwork in proposal documents
• Ensure compliance to formal RFP, RFI and BAA instructions
• Ensure consistency in styles and formats throughout proposal volumes
• Ensure document version control is maintained
• Manage and support multiple proposals concurrently
• Represent the Proposal Center in final book checks and shipping activities
• Archive proposal documents in accordance with company practices
• Work occasional overtime as needed
