We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Assistant Teacher / Floater Teacher, supporting our classrooms and helping shape young minds through a nurturing, play-based learning environment.

What You’ll Do:Support classroom activities aligned with age-appropriate curriculum
Assist in daily care routines including feeding, diapering, and nap time (as applicable)
Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
Promote children’s development across social, emotional, and cognitive areas
Provide support across classrooms (Floater role) as needed
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
Passion for early childhood education and child development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to support different classrooms (for Floater role)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
