Floating Requirements / Ratios : Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License / Certifications : Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission. All certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified. Please indicate upon submission if traveler will acquire certificate prior to start date. Submissions : Maximum of 3 submissions per candidate per facility Local Rules : Locals accepted at the same rate. Background Policy : Open / active BG hits and / or License Hits NOT accepted. Compliance : Labs MUST be completed 48 hours of signing. Valid NJ State License or Compact License required for both allied and nursing, at time of submission. Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before clinician can re-submit. Certifications are required at time of submission unless otherwise specified References required. Any international work history or permanent residency MUST be disclosed. ED / Behavioral Health / Psychiatric RNs MUST complete de-escalation training within 14 days of their start date. Recruiters : RNs must pay $50 for the course, this fee should be added to margin Modules : Modules are non-billable, 4 hours of EPIC training and up to 18 hours of additional hours RN : average 18 hours of non-billable modules Allied : average 1 hour of non-billable modules Modules are completed pre-start, and annually Modules are recorded by transcripts for onsite specific modules. No Exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is fully committed before booking, as compliance or self cancellations without a 14 day notice may result in a Do Not Rehire (DNR) status Clinicians are required to make up any missed shifts within the same pay period. Any callouts exceeding 2-3 days during the contractual period is considered excessive and may result in a system DNR upon contract completion.
