Our Apprentices START at $18 per hour. Apprentices can double that wage in less than 2 years by being reliable, showing initiative, and retaining what is shown and taught to you. Our top performing technicians average over $50 per hour and you can too!

Your Apprenticeship at Iowa 80 Truckstop includes learning alignments, preventative maintenance, DOT inspection, tire service, computer diagnostics, road service, and diagnosis and repair of the following :

• Electrical system
• Charging system
• Starting system
• Air system
• Air brake system
• HVAC system
• Exhaust system including Aftertreatment
• Engine cooling system
• Fuel system
• Drive line components
• Wheel end components
• Steering components
• Suspension components
• Fuel system
