Were hiring a Warehouse Packing Crew Member to join the team that helps bring our events to life. Youll be responsible for preparing, organizing, and moving the equipment, dcor, and supplies that power weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.

What Youll Be Doing

• Pack and prepare event equipment, dcor, and supplies based on packing lists and event timelines
• Ensure all items are clean, complete, and ready for transport
• Load and unload vehicles, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds
• Restock returned items and maintain warehouse organization
• Operate cargo vans and box trucks for deliveries and pickups (training provided)
• Communicate with warehouse, operations, and event managers to meet event schedules
• Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse upkeep
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapt to last-minute changes
• Support a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse that helps the entire team succeed
• Be part of a cross-trained warehouse team by supporting laundry, dish, rental, and event departments during high-volume periods
