Sub-Acute Care Focus – Short-term, specialized care for residents

New Leadership – New Experienced Director of Nursing (DON)

Shifts : Monday-Friday 3 PM -11 PM or 11PM - 7AM and every other weekend

RN Supervisor Responsibilities :

Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care during assigned shifts

Supervise and mentor nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Respond to resident needs, manage clinical emergencies, and communicate with families as needed

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support clinical goals

RN Qualifications :

Valid and current RN license in the state of New Jersey

Strong clinical skills and commitment to resident-centered care

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
