As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol Healthcare in Fayetteville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to promote a secure environment, and deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication skills. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.Monitor and control access to restricted areas within the location, verifying credentials and authorizations as required.Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.Participate in emergency preparedness drills and respond to alarms or calls for assistance in accordance with established procedures.What We're Looking For :

Must possess a valid armed guard card or license.Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.Loss prevention experience is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
