Lead an inpatient consultative service focusing on symptom management and complex medical decision making. Work collaboratively in a robust palliative care interdisciplinary team including 3 palliative experienced NP's and LCSW. Practice in an established inpatient program with a supportive, collaborative culture from hospital, medical group and leadership.
