Job description

We are looking for a Quickie Lube Service Advisor to join our award-winning service department team! The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide a friendly & professional service experience to every customer.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards

    • Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years experience preferred
  • Strong listening skills
  • Service advisor experience preferred
  • Automotive Technical / Trade school degree
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must have a valid PA driver's license with a good driving record
