Job description

We're Hiring Local CDL Drivers!

Join our team at George Moving & Storage, Inc , a trusted name in transportation and logistics. We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Class A  driver to make local deliveries in and around Pittsburgh, PA . This is a full-time, local position – you'll be home every night!

Requirements :

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Clean MVR and driving record
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-focused

    • Responsibilities :

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain delivery documentation.
  • Assist in loading and unloading product from trucks.
  • Direct helpers in performance of work.
  • Direct crew to complete job in efficient, safe manner and in accordance with customer's expectations and job requirements.
  • Participate in commercial office moves as scheduled by management.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
