Performance Marketing Manager - US Based Remote

Job Title

Key responsibilities include performance marketing and funnel optimization, CRM digital marketing ownership, and sales CRM strategy and roadmap ownership. Required skills and experience include a minimum of 5+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or CRM strategy roles, hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, and strong analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development cycles. This role is critical to ensuring our marketing efforts are data-informed and performance-driven, deeply integrated with CRM systems that power customer engagement and sales success.
