We're seeking an HR / Payroll to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll play an important role within our environment that helps to ensure that our employees have a great experience while working at our organization. This role is employee-facing, helping employees answer Human Resource related questions, so strong customer service skills are a must for success. This role helps with payroll processing and completing job changes or hires in a timely fashion, which makes attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills very important for the role as well. This role works collaboratively with our entire Human Resources team, helping to build efficiencies and to ensure that our employees have a great experience when they need Human Resources support.
This role is built for someone who enjoys both the detailed work of payroll but also enjoys building relationships with our employee base and entire Human Resources team to solve problems and answer questions. This is a full-time hybrid position (in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with the ability to work remote on Wednesdays and Fridays) located at our headquarters in Stevens Point, WI.
